The Dodgers are a joke and they are a joke

Letters to the Editor: Hey, Dodgers, care to comment on that racist ad played during the playoffs? We’re not racist.

I just caught some of the Dolanisms I can’t believe the fans are letting these idiots who claim to be fans of the Dodgers continue to do. Let’s get rid of the “C’s” they are a joke and should be sent down to the minors because they are the only ones that get up and cheer for the Dodgers.

My name is John, live in San Diego, and this is my take on this Dodgers story. I have heard it all before and I have seen it all before and nothing is new here. We have seen the same thing over and over. We hear the same excuses and no solutions. We see the same excuses and no solutions. We keep falling for the same excuses and we keep saying “no new ideas”.

That’s it. The truth is that these comments make absolutely no sense and yet the “Dodgers” keep hearing them.

My two cents are:

1) The Dodgers need young players that improve. Yes you can use the “old” guy as a trade chip, but to be honest, you don’t want to trade young players that you don’t believe can improve. No one does and they don’t.

2) The team needs a “new” guy that will make it all a little better…young guy that will be part of the “rebuild”, a guy that will take a leadership role, and a guy that will help the team get over the hump.

I know this is easy to say. We have seen it all before and we have seen the same thing every year now. We will make it a little better, but we will not be “new” if we are not better.

One of the biggest problems with baseball is the use of “old” guys. The league has had a history of using old guys as trade chips
